Record / Row

Records contain different configurations of the same types of information. The CPS allows you to toggle between a table view with multiple records (one record per row), or a single record view, by clicking the Alternate Mode button on the multiple record toolbar. The single record view requires you to use this toolbar to scroll from record to record; the left side of the toolbar offers choices for going forward to the next (and last) record, back to the previous (and first) record, or directly to any desired record.
